Mattie Miller
Mattie N. Miller, 89, of Sugarcreek, died April 7, 2011, at her residence, following a short illness.
Mattie was born Feb. 25, 1922, in Holmes County, to the late Noah D. and Dena Stutzman. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are a sister-in-law, Mildred Yoder of Indiana; and caregivers, Robert A. and Susie Miller of Sugarcreek.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob A. Miller, whom she married March 29, 1944; sisters, Edna, Lydie Ann, and Mary; and brothers, Albert, Daniel, Jonas, and Roman.
Services were held April 9, at the Miller residence, with Bishop Aden R. Miller officiating. Burial was in Miller Cemetery, Clark Township, Holmes County.
Arrangements were handled by Smith-Varns Funeral Home, Sugarcreek.
