Louisa Rhodes of Carrollton is the winner of the Compass poster contest. During the month of February, Compass, Inc., challenged high school-aged artists in Tuscarawas and Carroll counties to design a poster that displayed a message of teen dating violence prevention. Rhodes is a junior at Carrollton High School. Her poster and all of the other entries will be on display at Compass’s annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event on April 16, at JIM’s Place in New Philadelphia.
