Frank-Moore engagement announced
Tim and Melinda Frank, of New Philadelphia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Madison Frank, to Rocky Moore Jr., son of Rocky Moore Sr. and Tina Androsky, both of New Philadelphia.
Frank is a 2010 graduate of New Philadelphia High School–Buckeye Career Center and is currently a student at Brown Mackie College, studying surgical technology.
Moore is a 2005 graduate of New Philadelphia High School and is employed at Russ Moore & Sons Concrete.
The couple has a backyard wedding planned for July 17 with close family and friends, and Moore’s daughter, Keilynn, age 4.
