The tradition goes on year after year at dear old Dover High. Since the beginning the Dover football team and other athletic programs have high expectations for the upcoming seasons. This year’s programs have a great core of returning lettermen and a lot of upcoming young players.

As a Tornado Club member we too have great expectations for a good year. We have a great core of veteran members and are in need of new members. We welcome all new members with new ideas to help us raise money for our young kids. We provide about $100,000 a year for Dover athletics. Without this support, our kids would not have the outstanding training facilities, equipment and support of our community.

Anyone who would like to give a helping hand and help us keep this great tradition alive can attend our meetings. The next meeting is August 1, 7 p.m., then August 8, 7 p.m., at Crater Stadium. Come and join a great group of men willing to help our young kids keep the Dover Tornado tradition alive. Go Dover.
