Band cards on sale now
The New Philadelphia High School Marching Quaker Band will begin their annual Band Director’s Card sale on Monday afternoon, August 1, during their first day of rehearsal for the 2011-12 marching band season. The band cards are good through August 1, 2012. For those interested in purchasing the discount cards, who may not be familiar with a current band member, stop by Miller’s Clothing in downtown New Philadelphia (beginning Tuesday, August 2) or call Debbie at 330-339-1465.
Discount cards this year are for the following restaurants and merchants: Arby’s, Big Jim’s, Daily Grind, Dairy Queen, Dennison Yard, Auntie Annie’s Pretzels, East of Chicago (discount for pizza and one $1 off their buffet), Domino’s Pizza, Hardee’s, Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, El San Jose, Litty’s Cakes and Cookies, Green Valley Golf, Denny’s, Your Pizza Shop, Firehouse Grill, Dumont’s Sporting Goods, MT Cup Cafe, and McDonald’s.
The fundraiser will conclude Sept. 30.
