Frankie Truman

Frankie L. Truman, 77, of Beach City, died unexpectedly Nov. 21, 2011, at Affinity Medical Center, Massillon.

Frankie was born Jan. 28, 1934, in Clay County, W.Va., to the late Otha and Edna Truman, and married Wilma C. Walls on Dec. 24, 1955. She survives.

He lived most of his life in this area and retired from Republic Steel, Massillon.

In addition to his wife, Frankie is survived by children, Frank (Patty) Truman of Florida, Sandy (Richard) Yoder and Diane (Kenneth) Guiffre, both of Beach City, Donna (Terry) Girt of Brewster, Pam (Mike) Blaney of Mt. Eaton, Trish (Jeff) Davis of Brewster, Brenda (Dave Haddorn) Prince of Beach City, and Benny (Melissa) Truman and Nicole (Tim) Freeman, both of Brewster; 23 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lynn Grabill, Dottie Scortino, and Anna Jo Smith, all of Massillon; and brother, Benny Truman of Massillon.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Private family services will be held. Spidell Funeral Home, Brewster, is handling arrangements.
