Paul and Jane Delcoma, of 165 Dale Ave., Strasburg 44680, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Dec. 16. An anniversary dinner party for family members and friends was held at Bravo’s in North Canton Dec. 3, and another anniversary dinner was held Dec. 17 at Gervasi’s, also in North Canton.

Jane is the daughter of the late Adrian and Mildred Howard Rausch of Tuscarawas, and Paul is the son of the late Edward and Emma Bacca Delcoma of Uhrichsville.

The Rev. Stanley Fritz performed their marriage ceremony in Jerusalem United Church of Christ in New Philadelphia. Judy Rausch Gwinn served her sister as maid of honor and best man was Wayne Peoples.

Paul and Jane are the parents of two sons, David Delcoma (fiancee Sarah) of Green, and John (Dawn) Delcoma of Strasburg. They have two granddaughters, Lauren and Marlowe of Green, and two grandsons, Joe and Stephen of Strasburg.

Jane was employed 27 years and retired as clerk-treasurer of the village of Strasburg in 2000. Paul retired from the Canton Timken Company with nearly 40 years of service in 1995. Paul was stationed for two years in Schwabisch Gmund, Germany, with the U.S. Army.  They are members of First Lutheran Church in Strasburg.
