U.S. Route 36 traffic to be restricted Dec. 27
U.S. Route 36 will be restricted Tuesday, Dec. 27, near Uhrichsville in Tuscarawas County for rock cleanup work associated with a slope repair project.
Traffic will be maintained with flaggers in the eastbound lanes between Indian Hill Road and the Y Tavern from 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Blasting operations took place Dec. 21 to remove loose rock.
ODOT’s contractor for this $243,458 project is Beaver Excavating Company, from Canton, and the completion date is May 25, 2012.
