The Tuscarawas County Soap Box Derby Association will hold an indoor rally this Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 14 and 15, in the Flickinger Piping building located at 439 S. Tuscarawas Ave., Dover. Drivers from Ohio and surrounding states will participate in order to earn rally points and the opportunity to compete in the All-American Soap Box Derby, which will be held in July in Akron. Racing will begin about 9 a.m. both days. Members of the public and potential derby racers are encouraged to attend. Admission is free and a food stand will be available.
