George and Lori Zambie, of New Philadelphia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Leah Zambie, to Adam Colwell. Adam is the son of Jim and Hester Colwell, of New Philadelphia.

The bride was home educated through her sophomore year. She completed her high school education through Kent State University Tuscarawas. Leah is a 2011 graduate of Kent State University Tuscarawas where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; she also holds an Associate of General Studies from Kent State. The bride is employed as a registered nurse by Hennis Care Centre of Dover.

The groom graduated from Indian Valley High School. He is pursuing an Associate of Nursing Degree at Kent State University Tuscarawas with an anticipated graduation in May of this year. The bridegroom is employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

The wedding is planned for May 12, at NewPointe Community Church in Dover. Pastor Dwight Mason will preside over the ceremony.
