The eighth annual Buckeye Memorabilia Scout Trade-O-Ree is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 24 and Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Church of the Cross, 5100 Cleveland Road, Wooster. Hours of operation include Friday from 5-10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The two-day event will be hosted by BSA Troop 68 of Wooster, a part of the Killbuck District and the Buckeye Council.

Coupled with its annual all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast, the Scout troop combined these two winter fundraisers into one big weekend. A variety of homemade soups, sandwiches and brownies are available Friday night with the pancake breakfast served all day on Saturday. Beverages are included with donations, which are $5 per meal.

Preregistration includes traders from across Ohio and four other states including Michigan, West Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee. The public can view the collectibles, which can be bought, sold or traded.

Continuously chartered since 1930, Troop 68 is sponsored by the Church of the Cross. James Norris is the scoutmaster, and Joanne Page is the charter representative.
